We produce handcrafted seasonal foraged foods from our organic farm in Offaly, many of which are made from wild and forgotten fruits. We harvest blackberry, crab apple, damson, rosehip and sloe, creating preserves which are simple, honest and full of robust flavour. Our range includes sweet and savoury jellies, refreshing bright and tangy marmalades, fruit filled jams, rich chutneys, fruit vinegars and cordials. Many of our ingredients are grown on our organic farm.
